FLA's Mission and Vision

Mission: FLA provides opportunities to engage in professional and relational collaboration with all community stakeholders centered on continuously improving teaching and learning to proactively address the academic needs of every scholar, provide responsive and high-quality college and career ready services across all grade levels, and support the social-emotional and leadership development of the whole FLA scholar.


Vision: FLA will graduate scholars who are prepared to confidently and actively persist through their post secondary opportunities including, but not limited to, college, military and trade, in order to compete in the 21st century job market and secure financial independence.
